Was passing through town and needed to quickly get a repair on my glasses. Staff was very helpful and was able to quickly get my glasses fixed!
I took my 18 month old daughter for her first eye exam with Dr. Sidonie Ward. I didn’t know what to expect and was unsure how they would be able to examine my extremely busy toddler but Dr. Sidonie Ward was truly wonderful. She was so patient, playful, and entertaining for my daughter throughout the whole exam. After the exam, all the receptionists played a part in helping us pick out sunglasses we had decided to get for her sensitive eyes. I have never had a better or more thorough experience at an eye doctor! Dr. Ward was so wonderful. She was thorough, personable, and took time to explain everything to me. She made me feel like I understood what was happening with my eyes, and discussed realistic and preventative care. I am generally a nervous wreck for anything medical related, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her clinic or her as an eye doctor. I am so thankful to have found her practice!
