Terrible ! Terrible ! Terrible ! Office nevers returns calls and when you try to call them they never answer the phone. When you leave a message, ( if the answer machine is'nt full), they never never call you back! Terrible Customer Service !!!!! I would fire the office !
My husband was admitted to the hospital after passing out... Dr Shah was the neurologist assigned to him.. .. barely spoke with me.. never came to see him after prescribing medication that he didn’t need that had bad side effects.. then released him over the phone... nice job Dr” How would you like to be treated with such disconnect by a Dr.. or better yet how would you like it if a Dr was so uncaring of your family . I would never use him and hope to never get stuck with him in an emergency
It took hours before I saw Dr. Shah. His staff is down right nasty and unprofessional. They never forward copies of your records over to your primary Care Physician ... Iv been waiting two 2 years for results of my EEG Report to be sent to my PCP. no one answers the phone and no one calls you back. Horrible experience. I am reporting them to the Board of Health.
Dr. Shah is personable and a good neurologist. The biggest problem is with his staff. They are often discourteous and not easy to work with.
He is extremely patient and caring. Dr. Shah creates a nurturing environment and is effective in diagnosing and treatment.
Dr. Siddharth Shah is very caring and patient. He explains everything thoroughly and he was the only neurologist out of the six I went to that could help me with my condition.
