Misdiagnosed, confused me with someone else. Primary dr shrugged his shoulders and said some doctors are not as good. At least he was honest. Office staff were not the worst ive seen. Long wait times in a confusing setting.
On my first visit, he asked me what he could do for me. He then said there is nothing he could do to oversee my head pain/migraines. He was nasty and it was a waste of a visit. His office looked dirty and old.
I was given an 8:30 appointment but it's 9am and still waiting.
Dr. Shah is an amazing caring doctor. He has bent backwards trying to help my daughter. And did a wonderful job taking care of her. He is the BEST.
I’m on the new med for a week now it seems to help some. You wanted me to tell you how I was doing so you can try to get it free for me for a year. It’s Nurtec 75 mg.
I've never had any issue with this office no long wait times
No proper follow up by the Dr. or office staff, the staff doesn't give pre-appointment call reminders or the voice mail says a return call will be given in 24 hours, that doesn't happen. Dr. writes a prescription that doesn't come in that dosage. Pharmacy faxes the Doctor receives no reply, pharmacy calls Doctor with no reply. New prescription, the doctor says see you in 3 months. Dr S. Shah has always been very good, unfortunately he is not there anymore as far as I can tell. My last several appointments over 3-4 years I have seen his cousin who is not as thorough, caring or attentive. The nurse is extremely rude, speaks very loudly so so that everyone can hear her discuss your medical issues and has no empathy whatsoever. Dr. R Shah is not interested in hearing just how rude his nurse is. It is a shame they lost the good Doctor Shah.
I just saw Dr. Shah for the first time, so I don't know yet how his treatments will work, but he had ideas and alternate medication ideas that other doctors did not have for my disorder. He's given me more options than any other doctor has in the last year.
