I find it amusing if not hypocritical that a paper is foisted upon incoming patients with a thorough discussion about being late or canceling appointments, YET, the same expectations are apparently not patients where I was seen 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. My bill didn't reflect the failure of service.
