First visit was nice. A little less formal than I like in a Dr office. My issue seemed to be sorted but it started coming back. I talked to them over the phone once and they recommended I come back in but I couldn't get an appointment. I can't even get the billing department on the phone to pay the overpriced bill for a problem they didn't fix.
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Dr. Guide was beyond unprofessional. Not only did dhe leave the room multiple times during our visit, the only time she even communicated with our two year old was to take a swab to her skin. Her plan of action was never written down for us or really discussed in detail and threw us some syringes that we are supposed to know what to do with. Educate your patients instead of being condescending. How about some compassion? Terrible.
