Dr. Shin is hands down the best dentist I’ve had. He is extremely thorough, patient, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. He explains everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed. What really says a lot is that I bring my 10-year-old twins to him as well — even though he doesn’t advertise as a pediatric dentist. I have been going here since 2008 have always got treated amazing, staff is attentive and very informative on insurance coverage they understand my dreaded fear of needles and have always been very thoughtful of being patient with me in every appointment I’ve ever had. I got my wisdom teeth removed here, I’ve had a crown placed, countless teeth cleanings, cavities filled three different dental insurances and have always left so happy with my visit.
Their front office is so unprofessional, I called for an appointment and their front desk just belittled me, I’m just trying to make an appointment. Avoid here at all cost. Says a lot of the dentist working culture if they can’t even hire a good front desk.
Staff is extremely rude, beware.
Dr. Shin’s skills are excellent and the treatment speed is very fast. I always satisfied with my visit here.
