I was very disappointed and irritated with how we were treated at the past 2 appointments we have had. We were rushed and I left not know what the hell just happened or what was said. I wasn’t able to ask questions I needed. We felt criticized. As a first time mom that’s the last thing you want. We were talked over and interrupted multiple times. I think Vanderhooft is a great doctor, she has helped get rid of my daughters hemangioma, and helped with other concerns of her skin.

I took my newborn granddaughter in yesterday.. we didnt wait long her staff was great, she looked over the baby explained why we needed a ultrasound and how these hemangiomas will disappear..

waited over a month for our appointment and when we were finally seen she was in the room maybe 5 minutes. She gave me no answers and barely look at my child's rash. I was very disappointed and it was a BIG WAST OF MONEY AND TIME!
