I have contemplated writing this review for a few months now. I am extremely displeased with the secretary/reception staff at Dr. Ahmed's family practice. Most times when I have an issue I dread calling the office as I know I will be mistreated by the secretary staff. Whether it be sarcastic remarks, or generally being unhelpful, the staff at the front desk never fail to amaze me. Dont bother wasting your time immeadiately go find another spot......just nonsense here, and wait times!...just pointless, just go to a walk in clinic you'll find a doctor faster and one thats wants to take patients! Unless youve been here for decades no chance, no help, even if your whole family goes there.... Anyways thats all have a good day
I recently left Dr. Ahmed, the last straw was him complaining to me about how much money his patients owe him during MY phone appointment. He spent more time talking about the money than paying attention to what I was calling about. He has never had an appointment start within even 30 minutes of the scheduled time. My last appointment I sat for an hour and 40 minutes to be put in a room with the blood pressures machine going.
