Dr. Ferrill has been my doctor for several years. I am usually able to get in to see her the next business day, or sometimes even the same day I call. I love that she is in a small practice with the same staff, and they always seem to remember me when I call or visit. She takes her time to really listen to my concerns and makes me feel comfortable sharing. If something doesn't seem right, she is honest and decisive about a plan of care, or referring me to the proper specialist.

Literally saved my life. Dr. Ferrill diagnosed my aggressive leukemia from fatigue and bruising alone. I don’t think any other physician would have taken the time with me.

My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Ferrill for about 2 years now and are both very happy with the our experiences with her office staff and with Dr. Ferrill herself. My main complaint with so may Dr's is you sit and wait and then you feel rushed once you see the Dr. She does not rush you at all. She takes time to answer any and all questions that you have. She takes time to talk to my 14 year old daughter at her well check visits and makes her feel comfortable and relaxed. My daughter lo

Very satisfied with my care at Dr. Ferrill's practice. I had an urgent situation and needed to get in for an appointment, and the office staff worked me in. If they ever can't get me in, it's because they are so busy or booked. I've been seeing Dr. Ferrill for about 10 years. Her P.A., Kim, is awesome too. Referred my neighbors to her, and they now use her.

I went to Dr. Ferrill after my PCP retired and I LOVE her! She was fantastic with my two rowdy children and even knew the words to the Dr. Seuss boyok we were reading (a big plus in my book). She REALLY listened to me and didn't brush me off like other doctors. Even more rare to find, she supports my decision to approach my health holistically when possible, and she is a huge advocate for allowing me to take control of my own health. She even managed my emotional reaction to my health very well.

Please do not go to this place. They are careless and don't take care of patients the way they should do.

She is thorough and does not like to solve every issue by offering drugs. She takes meticulous notes which enables her to be prepared for your visit. I don't understand the complaints about the staff, they have always been pleasant and professional during my visits. The wait to be seen is occasionally a bit long, but I attribute that to the time she spends listening to each patient, rather than rushing through the appointment.

I am a little surprised by low rating. Her office is wonderful as is she and her PA. I'm totally confident in her and I'm never left waiting for long periods of time. Very happy with my choice to go here.

When I searched for Dr Ferrill , I was a bit discouraged by the reviews (or the lack there of) on this site for her but I was pleasantly surprised. My experience has been incredibly positive. First, she is very friendly to my kids, who are normally really hard to deal with during Doctors appointments. She is patient, kind ,and attentive. I never have any problems with scheduling an appointment, the staff is courteous and very friendly. The PA that works with her is great too!
