This review is based on the Nursing staff and incompetent doctors who are filling in for Dr. Ferrill while she's on leave. I've never had an issue with this place until Dr. Ferrill took a leave of absence. The front staff are great as well! I've called twice to have a script filled that I need to function for work. And they can't even complete a task as small as that. Take your business elsewhere as I am about to do!
My visits are normally quick, easy, and informative. The staff is very nice.

I really like Dr. Ferrill. She is so caring and compassionate. She takes her time during the exams and really listens. Her staff are sweet and her office is run efficiently.
Quite an awful experience. I agree 100% with the people who say that she does not want to listen and wants to get you out of her office as quickly as possible. Her staff is also incompetent and gave me different answers on the phone than when I showed up in person and made me waste a significant amount of time because of it. Glad I will never be going back there again!
I just saw Dr. Ferrill for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It was easy to schedule an appointment, very short wait time when I arrived, and Dr. Ferrill was wonderful. Great experience.
Wonderful first time visit. I was there for a pre-surgery exam and blood tests. I was able to get a appointment in one day. She is very engaging and took time to review my history and meds. The staff was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend her as a GP.
I had a very bad experience with her. She doesn't want to listen to what you are saying, she interrupts while you are speaking. She was in a bad mood and rushes you out. She was rude sometimes when I asked her questions. I will not recommend her at all.
I like the doctor. However, I need to seek for a new doctor because I need to make appointments for each problem I have, like for blood pressure, glucose, etc.. Also, I cannot do a refill request if I go for the wellness check-up. I have to make a separate appointment for it. Also, I cannot treated for blood pressure problem with a sick appointment, even though it is very high. Need to make another appointment for it. I cannot go see her that often.
