Going to Dr. Sheila Naik's office is always a very pleasant experience. All staff members are highly professional, courteous and caring. They excel in their field of expertise and win you as a friend immediately. The overall office is managed very well. Dr. Naik is awesome and certainly tops in her field. We need many more devoted people like her. These people are wonderful and they are so gentle and thorough - definitely pain free. We are fortunate to have them.
I absolutely adore Dr. Naik! She's a true gem in her field. She has never made me feel like just a patient, but more like an old friend. She doesn't cut corners and is truly invested in the BEST outcome for my oral health.
I recently relocated from the Chicago area and Dr. Naik was a referral from my dentist in Illinois through their mutual association with the Kois Institute. What a discovery !!! After one visit I already feel like I am in extremely capable/caring hands after a history of complex dental procedures and ongoing protocols. Dr Naik is very compassionate and a caring dentist. Her calming voice makes the dental experience relaxing. She is always concerned with how I am doing and takes wonderful care of my teeth.
Successfully completed my latest periodontal maintenance in October and met with Dr. Naik concerning a small crack in one of my lower molars. She advised me to let her know of any changes such as pain when chewing or sensitivity to hot or cold food/beverages. This is an example of what I really like about Dr. Naik. Dr. Naik was extremely friendly! Her attitude put me at ease even though I was nervous. I hadn't been to a dentist in 5 years, and I expected to be berated for neglecting my oral health. She was exactly the opposite! This experience makes me excited to stay on top of my dental hygiene and I'm not afraid to come back in 6 months.
This visit was only for routine cleaning, but she always takes the time for an overall oral check up.
