Dr. Roshanravan is fantastic. She always explains everything that is happening.She did my surgery for a bladder prolapse and I couldn’t have had a better experience, or a better outcome. She is kind and caring, and a complete professional. I would highly recommend her.
In one word: Professionalism. I notice right after our time together, she immediately went to her computer to document our session. I felt really good about that as I know how important it is to keep accurate records. Seeing her do that immediately convinced me that details in my files would be accurate when she referred to them in the future. Very professional yet very kind and understanding too.
I gave 1 star because I feel that if a doctor’s staff is awful they deserve a low rating. Dr. Roschanavan is GREAT but her staff is rude and they give you wrong information. The staff is the first thing you have to deal with before seeing the doctor. The staff there are unprofessional, I felt badly leaving to find a different doctor but I couldn’t stand the people working in her office.
Her office staff sucks, but she is great. Sandra has had 4 weeks to get pre-approval from my insurance and I have contacted her twice. Procedure is scheduled in two days and I can't find my personal cost or even if I am covered because she has yet to turn in the paper work. Bad enough I have to wait a month for help, but I will probably have to cancel because my insurance company won't have time to approve.
Dr Roshanravan is down right awesome. Yes it does take some time to see her but you will be so glad you did. She did an excellent job on my complicated surgery. She listens. After explaining all options she supports your decision and the rest is Awsome.
I was a patient a few years ago and called today for a recurrence. I was told she could not see me again as it had been 3 years. I could be a new patient but first appointment was 3 months away and was also told if I saw someone else I could not return to her practice. I was so surprised as I really liked having her as a specialist. Her care was thoughtful and knowledgeable.
My initial visit exceeded my expectations. Dr R. let me talk and listened to all my concerns and helped me articulate my difficult intimate and somewhat embarrassing symptoms. As it turned out my issues were outside her specialty, however she addressed my problems with knowledge and a detailed treatment plan. I was so comfortable during the visit and appreciated her professionalism while also expressing care on a personal level. I was optimistic at my initial visit that Dr Roshanravan would be able to diagnose and cure chronic bladder infections however she was not able to and referred me another urologist. I would go to her for routine issues however if you have a complicated situation I would not recommend.
Dr. Roshanravan and her various Nurse Practitioners have been a remarkably helpful to my sweet Mom. Dr. Roshanravan and her incredible staff members have patiently and expertly served our Mom within two office locations. The consistency of care has been remarkable, and I have sincerely appreciated their collective willingness to collaborate with my Mom.
