I absolutely love this office. I've been a patient for 30+ years and really don't want to go anywhere else! I feel like they are my extended family!!
I have been going to Gentle Family Dental for years. Their staff are great and I get the sense that they really do care about me as their patient. They are very personable and professional. I highly recommend their services.
We would not go anywhere else. From the front desk, hygienists, dental techs, and dentists everyone there does everything they can to make sure your visit is a good experience. The other thing that speaks volumes to me is that they have had almost all the same employees for the 20+ years we have been going there (so comforting). Not only are they wonderful at what they do but this practice is obviously a great employer.
I just got back from getting my Root Canal along with three fillings done. Wow! Gentle Family Dental on Mound Rd in Columbus, Ohio, what a great JOB!!!! I did not feel a thing!!!! My replacements look so much better!!!!! I will never "CHEAT" on you again!!!!!
For me, the difference is the staff. There are NO bad apples in this bunch - they're ALL fabulous. Each of them is devoted to making your visit the best ever - from being greeted by name when you come in the door (Gayle), to the financial guidance (Angel), to the desk staff (Carol and Joanie), to the hygienists (Kelly, Melissa, Patty), to the technical folks (like Marie), to the wonderfully kind and gentle dentists themselves, all of them really LIKE their patients! I have been coming to Gentle Family Dental Care since I was a child. Although my family moved an hour away, and since many of us have dispersed to colleges and jobs elsewhere, we all continue to go to this office whenever possible. None of us have been able to find an office that is staffed by nicer people or does better work.
