I'm always treated like family when I go to GFDC! All of the staff are friendly and compassionate to me-- it makes going to the dentist a pleasure.
Last week, was my 1st visit to Gentle Family Dental Care; from the Hygienist Kelly to Dr. Shaver, my experience was quite good, I was actually "Pleasantly Surprised" by the Individualized professional care I received! There were no hidden surprises about my needs & they were not high pressured about services I did not need! All of their equipment & procedures were all "High Tech" and they didn't hurt me @ all (LOL) I will definitely continue to use Gentle Family Dental Care in the future!

I don't like going to the dentist but I have always felt comfortable the office and dentists taking care of me. Everyone is so nice and caring. Dr Aust is wonderful and gentle. I would recommend this office to anyone.
This place is AWESOME!! From the moment you walk in the door, they make you feel incredibly comfortable. Kelly was so great with both of my boys, took the time to talk and reassure me about my upcoming procedures, and she goes above and beyond to make you feel as relaxed as possible! I pass a lot of dental offices on my way here from Pataskala, but this office is certainly worth the drive!!!
Love Dr. Aust!!! Very caring! He even calls to check on you :-)
