Dr. Shawn Hamilton did a meticulous, fabulous job in fixing a crown that was done wrong. He was kind, caring and very thorough in making sure he made every correct decision to make my situation better. I truly appreciate dentists that do the right thing for the right reasons and that is Dr. Hamilton. I feel like this practice needs a refresher in many establishments and I'm grateful Hamilton Family Dental took great care of me. Thank you!!
I am grateful to have a dentist like Shawn. He is very thorough, and maticulous in his work. He is kind, and makes you feel at ease and answers all of my questions. His assistants are stellar, and they always create a welcoming atmosphere. The thing I like the most about Dr. Hamilton is the fact that he is conservative, and dosen't try to sell you things you dont need.
Incompetent and fraudulent office- they failed to file claims with insurance in a timely manner and tried to stick me with the bill for their loss. Will not be going back and would warn others against it as well. Terrible company.
Do not trust this place will never go back. Lied to me about the amount i'd have to pay. Told me it would be covered under my insurance.
I paid for my tooth crown and root canal then I end of have to removed that tooth because it had a cracked. They send me to different play to took out my tooth then put on a implant. After that I come back then they put on a new crown for me. But they didn’t tell me that I have to pay this amount of money before they put on the new crown for me.
