I have been going to Dr Palmer over20 yrs. I could not find one thing wrong with my care if I tried. I have the beginning of macular disease and under his care it has changed very little . He spends time with you and makes sure you have all your questions asked. Even though I have moved and now travel over an hour for my visits , it is worth the trip. I will continue to see Dr Palmer as long as i am able. There is no one any better than him.Carol Fraser
Dr. Palmer and his staff are efficient and courteous. His eye care is excellent and I would recommend him to others looking for a good ophthalmologist. Have been a patient for many years.
Dr. Palmer should use better reception rep
Dr. Palmer thoroughly examined my eyes and listened thoughtfully to my questions. He and his exemplary staff, especially Claudia and Betty, are kind, professional and generous with their time and knowledge. I am grateful for this high quality of ophthalmological care.
Have been seeing Dr. Palmer and Minhas for years - great doctors. Horrible office staff - very rude and unprofessional. I wished Drs. Palmer and Minhas could do something about that.

When I dropped in the office to ask questions about the process for getting cataract surgery, the staff were disorganized, rude, and communica... read more
Dr Palmer has been my doctor for the last 16 years and as each year passes it gets more and more difficult to make an appointment and the service at the front office has deteriorated. They have lost my appointment and even changed the times without letting me know nor do I get a reminder call. I continued to see Dr. Palmer also because my son is a Creighton University alumnus. Maybe loyalty isn’t important anymore.
I'm not surprised that Dr. Palmer gets such high marks and glowing reviews. He saved my vision and I'm very grateful for his care. I have a genetic eye problem that would have made me blind ultimately. He's patient, humble, listens well, and knows his stuff.
Very rude and unprofessional staff. Will never return to their office. Very disappointing.
