Love the whole office. Everyone very friendly and super helpful.
Dr. Conner is an amazing family doctor and goes above and beyond what is normally expected of a physician to help better his patients.
No issues. He answers questions, thoroughly explains information, etc.
I have been going to Dr Conner for many years. He is always very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone.
Doctor Conner's nurse Donna is great. She is the nicest in the group though. The office manager is curt and the Doctor seems too busy to really spend the time to find out what the problem is. He rushes his patients through the office. He is still accepting patients and don't have the time for the ones he has. When he goes on vacation there is no one covering for him. You can see the nurse for shots and that but have to go to the hospital or urgent care if you are sick. I am currently looking for a new doctor.
I have recently made the decision to not have Dr. Conner as our family physician. When we first began to see him he was very attentive and seemed to listen to our needs and remember them. When he moved to his new office, he gained several more patients and I think lost his memory at the same time. I found it to be extremely bothersome that he did not remember me having a major surgery, and it made me feel that because of that he was not able to have good judgement on what my future needs would be. Dr. Conner is a young MD who seems very eager to help solve any health issues you may have. His staff however, particularly the office manager, seem eager to get you out of the office as soon as humanly possible. She is curt most times and occasionally even rude. Dr. Conner's listening skills leave a bit to be desired as he seems to be focused on other things while I attempt to explain my symptoms. This could be due to his high patient volume. He is very punctual, but you may often feel he just barely came through the door and is already on his way back out. If you are not your own patient advocate, and don't ask questions, you will be left in the dust feeling confused and rushed. Very poor bedside manner. He is knowledgable but spending time with his patients and teaching would make him late! If you want good bedside manner he is not it at all. If you want speedy, he is the quickest!!!
My impression is also that he's not very knowledgeable. He became irritated when we questioned his diagnoses and felt the treatment was wrong for our son. He misdiagnosed him. When we moved and chose a new MD, our new MD diagnosed our son with a serious illness that Dr. Conner refused to consider that he had. Who knows how long he would have been receiving the wrong, or lack of, treatment if we had not moved and chosen a new MD. It's frightening to think about.
