My families experience with Dr. Casella and his staff was quite the opposite from the last review. I called the office being a new patient, needing to get my tooth fixed and was offered many different appointment times and dates. The office seemed very willing to work with my schedule and being that I wanted to get this done as soon as possible I rearranged my schedule. I am very pleased with Dr. Casella and his staff. Honestly, I'm the biggest coward when it comes to going the dentist. There are probably 5 year olds who handle it better than I do. Not to mention that I don't have any dental insurance. However, I have found them to be affordable and accommodating. Dr. Casella was very patient, and he thoroughly answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Modern Dental Group.
Dr. Casellas office is manipulative and unwilling to work with the patient. Hes "fixed" a broken front tooth of mine 4 times already and it still needs redone. Unfortunately, when I called to get it fixed, his receptionist told me his schedule was full until next month and the only opening they had was the next day at noon.
