Dr Watson caught me as I was falling through the net after Penrith hospital botched my triage & left me in a corner for 6 hours with a neck brace on after a motor vehicle accident. The hospital didn't do any scans at all & let me walk out with 3 pinched nerves in my cervical spine (neck). If it was not for Dr Watson, I may not even be breathing. If he says you don't have something, you don't have it!
Very expensive. I do not recommend. I rang ahead and ask if the service cover by private health fund the receptionist said it covered by the medicare without telling me how much for out of pocket cost would be, made me thinking its all covered by medicare but when I finished I was shocked by the bill I got charged for 1 minute listen to the Dr Shaun telling me to go home, my problem is normal, after an hour waiting on those uncomfortable chairs.
My wife payed a small fortune to see Dr Shaun for less than 1 minute to tell her you dont have a problem just go back and see your GP. She went and got a second opinion to get told its text book carpal tunnel and is now in treatment. Dont waste your money here.
We are so happy we found Dr Shaun Waton. Dr Watson and his team have provided my mum with impeccable care. Dr Watson has a gentle and caring bedside manner. Highly recommend.
Actually shocked at how rude the receptionist was. Extremely unprofessional with a complete lack of social and communication skills. She clearly has an issue with people whose first language isn’t English. Overall just a really bad look for the business
