My sister had to go to the ottumwa hospital last night. Took her first ambulance ride at that. ryan and clancy picked her up and were very reassuring and professional. The dr. lissi was very through in er. Er nurse was ok. Very professional group of people from ambulance and er. I used to not have any faith in that hospital but have changed my mind and am thankful for them caring for my sister. God bless you all
Had to go to the Emergency room after a minor accident. Zach took great care of us. Couldn’t ask for a better tech. He is going to make a fantastic nurse!!
The staff was wonderful. The nurses were kind and caring. The cleaners were amazing at there jobs, and the kitchen staff were steller. The young man with glasses and the blue hat sat with me and helped me find something I'd enjoy to eat and helped me feel more comfortable in my stay. It's a very scary experience being in a hospital but the staff made it bearable. Thank you so much!

From the front desk and the nursing team to the whole support staff, everyone treated me with compassion and genuine care.
