It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I love Dr. Kirven. She's been my GP for almost 6 years now and has always been very kind. The way she tenderly inserted her digit into my anus during my physical let me know that I'm not just another butthole: I'm someone who deserves respect. I would have preferred she not toss a box of Kleenex on the table to clean myself up afterward, but I forgave her once the feeling of shame and degradation subsided. I would strongly refer Dr. Kirven to anyone that I know. I have been going to Dr. Kirven for many years now and I have been extremely comfortable talking to and discussing issues with her. One thing that stands out is that my son is also a patient of hers and has maybe only seen her two to three times. He is in college now and she never fails to ask me how he is doing. I have never written a review before but this was a great place to start and well deserving of a great review.

Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
