Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I felt as if the Doctor wasn't getting my messages even though I have been a long time patient.
