I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Their staff was one of the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They were so warm and professional, and made the whole experience that much better. The receptionist did not relay messages to the doctor regarding a prescription refill. However, in person, their staff was friendly enough--however the milky window blocked the view of the receptionist to know whether patients had arrived or not, and when a patient, myself included, knocked on the glass, the receptionist acted as if we were interrupting her. I was basically satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged--because the doctor is so great.
