Inept Staff. Visited him for chronic migraine. When meds didn't work he referred me on to a spinal clinic for steroid injections. Didn't work. His nurse then sent a PA for botox but never informed me. I followed up when my new Dr couldn't get botox approval. It was sent to Zhous office and no one ever called to schedule an appt. They insisted it was too complicated to withdraw their PA so I got a new referral to see Zhou for the botox and was then informed they did cancel it- wasting 4 months.

Do yourself a favor and do not go anywhere near this office. They are the most unprofessional medical office I have ever encountered, and that is coming from someone with a medical degree (Psychology). The people who answer the phone are polite but a nightmare & always in panic, the staff cannot handle records or appointments to save their life - or yours - and Zhou puts little to no effort into his job & is easily frustrated by tiny obstacles. No one here listens and the wait is outrageous.

Most unprofessional physician I've ever encountered. PCP ordered brain MRI and referred me to Dr. Zhou. Exam room had misspelled signs and a twin bed with an unclean sheet and a slept-on pillow. When Dr. came into the room, he repeatedly talked to my husband instead of me and became upset when I told him where I had the MRI because he couldn't access it. When I said I was uncomfortable with the situation and needed to go back to my PCP he jumped up saying "Hey, lady, it's not my fault!" I left.

Dr. Zhou is very friendly and thorough but the staff is very hateful when scheduling appointments by phone. The staff comes off as you are "bothering" them when calling. This should really addressed.

My husband has been his patient since 2004. He is very intelligent and cares about his patients and family members. We are very impressed with this specialist and highly recommend him!

Both appointments I waited well over an hour before being taken back to see the Dr. Zhu where I then waited longer. After waiting and reviewing MRIs he wrote a report or copy and pasted because o. My first print out it had a list of things that I was not experiencing. Whne I questioned the report he said - oh yeah you don't have that. I'd prefer a NEURO doctor with more attention to detail and LESS Overbooking.. A lot of unhappy people in waiting room.
