Horrible. I wish I could give him no stars. The worst doctor I've ever seen. Doesn't listen. Picks up his cell phone during my visit. Spends five minutes talking over me. I found a much better neurologist at Vanderbilt. My PCP didn't realize I chose him and said he should retire--they've heard the same from other patients and never refer here. Thanks Summit for employing such a terrible excuse for a doctor.

He did not help my problems and ran tests for problems I did not have.

At the risk of over-share, I have Congenital Hydrocephalus. After a thorough diagnostic, Dr. Zhou informed me of "an extremely rare developmental birth defect," I ALSO have that explained a few things about my neurological health. This was new information.

Dr. Zhou is nice enough and so is his staff, but they can't solve a problem for the life of them. They don't believe they have any problems. For instance, calling them. I can't call them from any phone I own. Every time I call, any time of the day I get a voice mail. So I leave messages as Dr. Zhou instructed. But I never get return calls to let me know if my request has been addressed. So how do you know if someone is working on my problem? The last time I needed a dose of my monthly migraine med, I finally gave up and drov... read more

Dr. Zhou is a wonderful doctor, he referred me to Dr. MacGregor at Summit hospital & she was able to fix what was wrong with me. I have been living with pain for years & if it weren’t for Dr. Zhou’s diagnosis I might still be living in pain to this day. Thank you doctor, you gave me my life back!

I went to Dr. Zhou after several other specialists ignored my symptoms. He listened to me, took me seriously, and quickly found the correct diagnosis and began treatment. His accent is pretty thick, but he is very patient and kind. Everyone I spoke with at the hospital said how much they like and respected him and mentioned his kindness. I didn't ask; they automatically said so. I thought that said a lot.
