Went to emergency room feeling weak found out I had blood on the brain. Doctor at St Thomas wanted to radiate my brain. Went to Dr Zhou for a second opinion and he said that wouldn't work. Got a third opinion and they said the same no radiation. Sometimes hard to understand him because of his accent but only neurologist I would go to. He's he's cautious and thorough.

I worked for Dr. Zou, LIm, and Dong for many years. I've seen them save life after life. They are truly blessings sent from God. They have been blessed with the knowledge to diagnose serious and sometimes deadly disease, tumors, nerve damage and epilepsy.... (Much more) I've never found a better place to work than his office. He truly cares for his patients not to mention he saves lives. You may not understand him always or you may wait a while to see him but that's because he takes his time with his patients. Isn't that wha... read more

Very careful about releasing me too soon following minor stroke. I very much appreciated his diligence and care.

Dr Zhou, we waited 2 hours for Dr Zhou. No one came in to tell us he would be in soon. It was late and dr Zhou rushed us out. Took three weeks for them to schedule a CAT scan. I have had a headache for ten months. Needed help now. Looking for different dr now. What could be improved *Didn't listen or answer questions *Didn't explain conditions well *Appointment was rushed *Long wait times *Staff wasn't friendly *Didn't trust the provider's decisions *Office environment *Difficult to schedule appointment

Went to Dr. Zhou years ago with severe headaches. He actually diagnosed me with MoyaMoya Disease which is very rare. If not for him, I wouldn't be here today and his diagnosis.

His office ataff goes way past DUMB. Appts are hard to schedule due to incompetent staff and once you get to see him, it's rushed. The waiting room under current conditions ? Disgusting, with sagging cheap cracked upholstery. I did not feel safe there I have moved on. Never looking back.

Horrible. He was over 3 HOURS late for scheduled appts, this was the worst wait time I have ever experienced in my life. And that was 3 hours just to get taken back to the room, it then took an additional 45 minutes for him to come to the room. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Then on top of that they keep sending me bills for stuff that was already paid for months ago. Have called office numerous times to resolve and THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES OR RESPOND TO VOICEMAILS. This place is awful. Avoid.

Horrible. I wish I could give him no stars. The worst doctor I've ever seen. Doesn't listen. Picks up his cell phone during my visit. Spends five minutes talking over me. I found a much better neurologist at Vanderbilt. My PCP didn't realize I chose him and said he should retire--they've heard the same from other patients and never refer here. Thanks Summit for employing such a terrible excuse for a doctor.
