she is good doctor. i go to both locations depending on my kids schedules.

I barely go to her. Not because she is not a good doc, but rather because she is a good one!. Love that she will review results over the phone. I know some doctors will make you come schedule an appt and pay a copay in order to discuss with you that your results are normal-how annoying. Glad she doesnt do that!
For me I can say I have not had any issues with her or any of her staff. I think we are as waiting time is not as bad as any other doctor. I really like her.?
The wait time is long and the time with the doctor is short. If you want a doctor that will spend time and address your concerns look elsewhere. She is quick to prescribe medicine but short on explaining why you need it! Definitely looking for another provider.
Waiting area is dirty, tiny, and smells of alcohol and cigarettes. Even the bathroom smelled of cigarettes. It took about 15 minutes for them to hand me intake paperwork. My total wait time to be seen was 1 hour and 10 minutes. After a brief questionnaire and bp check, Dr. Tawwab came in to see me and spent all of 3 minutes with me. If you prefer a dr who doesn’t get to know her patients, understand their concerns, or explain what she is prescribing, then she’s the one to go to.
The Dr herself is attentive, She will sit and wait until you are finished talking and offers her suggestions and choices. BUT her billing dept's practices are very lax and flimsy..you have to keep receipts and EOB otherwise beware of being billed twice or 3xs! HORRIBLE Experience- My Ins Co paid them for a "overdue" bill over 2mos ago - I can see the invoice paid on my phone app.but I was turned away after waiting 90mins in the waiting room- unless I paid them AGAIN. I am sad -I liked the Dr
She cancelled my appointment 1 hour before the appointment when i was already on my way and after taking my PTO from work for this appointment. She gave no reason as to why she cancelled and would not answer or return my calls. Terrible service.
Although she's a decent doctor she's lacking. I came in after a procedure because of fear of infectionew & she didn't even examine me. Now I've been sitting in a room for over half hour to be told she's coming soon. I had an appointment & was the first patient here, with th earliest time. Absolutely unacceptable
