The staff was very efficient and friendly. I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Bemanian in a timely manner. In addition, I was able to schedule my colonoscopy quickly. The entire process was very smooth from scheduling to completion of the colonoscopy. Dr. Bemanian and his staff couldn't be more friendly and attentive to details. I appreciate getting the results of the procedure immediately afterwards. Thank you, Dr. Bemanian and staff.
I know this sounds a bit strange, given my procedure, but I really had a great experience. The facility was amazing, and the staff was great. I especially like the nurses; they did an outstanding job of taking care of me and making me laugh. Without reservation, I would recommend Dr. Bemanian to anyone having the same procedure.
I am so happy that I found Dr. Shahrooz Bemanian. He is very thoroughly in explaining the procedure that I was going to have. He answered all the questions and concerns that I had. This, by far, the best experience I have had, dealing with a doctor and an incredible knowledgeable staff. The communications from the time I left the office until the day of the procedure were top notch with helpful reminders. I definitely would recommend Dr. Bemanian and his staff.
Everything went great except the staff was about 30 minutes behind schedule
I am very happy with Dr. B and his staff. It makes a world of difference in comfort levels when you have complete confidence in Dr., Staff and Hoag.
Dr. Benanian is great. Nurses are great. It was a speedy process and everything went smoothly. Only issue I had was finding the surgery center. Kind of confusing finding the check in once you walk in the building. But staff was helpful when you ask for directions.
This was my first Colonoscopy and the staff, Dr., and facility were amazing. They were great from beginning to end. Thank you!
