He answered all my questions and was very patient with.
Dr.Kettel and staff are very professional in their duties.Dr Kettel takes the time to listen and provides feedback for my understanding of any issue. Dr.Kettel is definitely a people person.
After attempting to deal with Dr Kettle's rude staff, I gave up trying to make an appointment with him. They put me in hold for over 30 minutes and were extremely rude and disrespectful. I've heard he's a good physician, unfortunately, I'll never know.

In the process of looking for a new doctor. He is not knowledgeable, likely because he is young and inexperienced. Has misdiagnosed me and my family members multiple times.

Dr. Kettel is an amazing Dr. I've been to a couple different family doctors at Good Sam North and I finally found one I'm sticking with. He is very easy to talk to and really listens to you. He doesn't hurry you out like you're just a number. I feel like I get the care I need when I visit him.
