Dr Kettel is top notch. Easy to speak with very knowledgeable.
Wait time was over an hour even when I had an appointment. Lots of illness going around so I expected some wait time, just not an hour. Dr. Kettel was very thorough and thoughtful.

I had appointment at 9:00. I was taken back to office room at 9:05. I sat in room until 9:55 before DR came in. My time is important too. My appointment was for 9:00 not 10:00. I had to rush DR because I had to be some where else by 11:00 an 1 hr away.
Dr. Kettel is a fantastic doctor and the whole staff is great.
