Physician spent most of his time talking to other members of his team with casual talk about weekend outside the exam room. Not very professional. Not sure they realize how loud they were and I sat waiting for my appointment for 20 minutes. He came in totally unprepared for my visit and it was very obvious he never looked at my chart ahead of time. I was Not impressed with this doctor. Needs to work on his professionalism

As always, Dr. Kettel took the time necessary to determine the best method of treatment.
Wait times are too long schedules too many people back to back, not able to get to the patients in a timely manner I've waited over an hour and a half, after appointment time an hour late is about the normal
