I have been a patient of Dr Bustillo-Osborne for more than 10 years for an annual eye exam. Everytime I see her she treats me with kindness and compassion. She is never rushed and always takes the time to explain everything. She makes her patients her priority. 100% recommendation!
I had a very disappointing experience at this optometrist’s office. Doctor Bustillo Senia spoke to my son in a condescending manner that made my son and I feel uncomfortable and unheard. Instead of explaining things clearly, she seemed impatient and dismissive of our concerns. Unfortunately, the staff, specially Janette were not any better .
