This doctor is a breath of fresh air literally. He is very friendly and approachable. I felt comfortable asking questions, and he is quick to begin investigating the problem to find solutions. Most importantly I feel like I can trust him right away. He was good at explaining his course of actions and why, which made me feel like an informed patient. I consider myself very lucky to have been referred to Dr. Phang. He is without a doubt one of the very best specialists I have ever been to. He is very personable and caring, and genuinely interested in helping you. He listens to what you have to say, is able to explain things in an understandable way, and encourages you to be an active participant in your own health decisions. Overall, a gem of a doctor, and I am almost disappointed that I have graduated from his care! As well, he has a very sweet and helpful MOA!
