I'm used to doctors cutting me off when I talk, not really listening, & trying to get me out of the office as soon as possible. Because of that, I literally typed up what was going on with the intention of just handing it to the Dr. & being like, "Please just read this." I didn't have to do that. Dr. Maroo was a great listener. She worked with me instead of just giving me one option. I was very happy with my appointment & the help I received.
So far I have received excellent and forthright care from Dr. Maroon. I have a somewhat confusing health history and she is working with me to try and figure out what is going on. She's very honest and evidence based in her workup, which I appreciate.
My first visit with Dr. Maroo was wonderful. She is attentive and warm, I have full confidence in her abilities and suggestions. she is a rare find among the medical community of late!
This was my first visit to a gastrology doctor. She was informative and very knowledgeable. The staff was welcoming and attentive as well.
