Dr. Covello and Joelle are the best! Received excellent care! However, after going every month for 8+ months and not being notified of any balance due, all of a sudden I was informed I owe $500. The office manager demanded I pay immediately, and would not let me talk to the doctor about a side effect of my medication until I did so! After she lied repeatedly, she got mad that I contested that I should have to pay immediately without notice, and said that I cannot be a patient there anymore!
