Doctor saw me in outpatient dept because of my physical limitations. He was kind and gentle and tentative to my needs during exam. He made GI consult order for me too. He is very calm and un-rushed and reassuring. The staff in outpatient dept were like angels in taking care of me.everyone was so caring and helpful.
My friend recommended Dr. Caldwell to me once I learned I was pregnant. He seemed nice just a little socially awkward. The reason for the 2 stars is because I had my baby premature and the visit I had right before I told him I had an uncomfortable feeling/possible infection. He asked questions, but did not check! Baby came 2 months early. He never followed up or checked on me. My follow up visit was with a Dawn Smith. He has been my OB since I was 18. He has always been open honest and easy to work with. He asks questions and makes sure you are comfortable. I have had different experiences with general practitioners and I can say first hand- the level of care and I received over the 18 years with different issues has been outstanding. Do not be afraid he is a male, he is an excellent doctor!
