Dr Bissell explained my situation throughly and was willing to answer any questions. I never felt rushed. I feel very confident that I have selected the right doctor for my shoulder and knee issues.
I am not one to complain or that I'm needy. I came to the office with a shoulder problem. They made me feel at ease. Dr Bissell shows and explains the problem. He gives the options to proceed. Not giving opinion or advice. He gives me the knowledge so i have the power of choice. I am getting the correct care for me and that is what i look for if i need medical help. Thanks for the help
