Great experience overall. The doctor was knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly. My knee is already feeling better, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
Communication was vastly lacking from very beginning. Scheduled appointment for a second surgical opinion. They didn’t want any previous medical records! I brought imaging reports and discs. They stated they couldn’t “access” that imaging. Took their own X-rays. I saw a PA first who read my reports, did the exam and left to go speak with the doctor. Very attentive to my rare condition that will impact the protocol for my surgery. I feel he is trustworthy and compassionate. Loved his PA and the entire team.
Dr. Wingerter is an excellent surgeon who takes the time to listen and answer your questions.Prior to my hip replacement, by Dr. Wingerter in July of this year, pain prevented me from walking more than 4 or 5 steps using a walker. After the surgery I felt only minimal discomfort and all pain was gone within 10 days. After 6 weeks I had returned to all activities including weight lifting without restrictions or pain. I remain pain free. Many thanks to Dr. Wingerter and his staff.
