My experience with Dr. Sigman and his team, particularly N.P. Kristen Proverb has been excellent. After suffering a massive rotator cuff tear in my right shoulder I met with Dr. Sigman who evaluated the issue and recommended arthroscopic surgery coupled with a bovine implant for repair. I had surgery on September, 5, 2019. Post surgery pain was managed with regular ice treatments, naproxen and gabapentin. the staff is very good and take their time to explain the procedure I have arthritis in my knee and this has really helped
I knew Dr Sigman was going to finally fix my shoulder after spending 5 minutes with him. He was so knowledgeable about my injury and previous treatments....it was refreshing and reassuring to finally find someone who understood my pain and frustration.

Dr. Sigman is an outstanding surgeon. I presented with shoulder pain, loss of strength and mobility of my left arm. My MRI showed two partial tears in my rotator cuff. Dr. Sigman assured me I would not experience the typical pain and long recovery associated with traditional rotator cuff surgery because he performs the "cow patch" procedure.
