Dear Dr. Sigman, I want you to know how pleased I am with the laser treatments I received in the past month. Dr Sigman is fantastic. His innovative approach to ligament replacements literally saves months. I was terrified of getting my knee acl replaced again - the first time it took 2 months to walk without a brace. But I had the surgery on March 12th and was walking without a brace or crutches on March 20th. Furthermore, very minimal pain, and no need for opiods.
