Took care of my babies lip tie surgery so quickly! Very thorough doctor.
We had a lip and tongue revision with Dr. Siegel. The entire procedure was so easy. He allowed me in the room with my son. His bedside manner was great, he explained everything that he was going to do, gave me his phone to text him and follow up with him for the two weeks following surgery!!! Incredible Dr!!
Dr. Siegel is clearly very money hungry. Pushed us to do procedure that was not necessary which is now worse than it was prior to procedure and wiIl not take responsibility for anything. I would stay far away.
Dr. Siegel and his team did an amazing job. They walked us through what they were going to do. They showed my daughter the tools they were using and allowed her to touch it. They were very patient with her. They did an amazing job at comforting my daughter who was scared to have it done. They talked to her through the whole thing telling her she was doing such a good job at being brave. They are amazing and we will definitely be back for my other child who also has a lip tie.
My daughter had a frenectomy. Dr Siegel and his office staff were amazing. He told my my daughter exactly what to the expect at every stage.
Dr Siegel and his staff are absolutely amazing at what they do!! I felt 100% confident in the process. My 5 month old daughter had to have her tongue, lip and buccals all done at once. Everything from getting an appointment, navigating the city, having our appointment run on time, having the consultation with Dr Siegel and all the aftercare from his nurses was amazing! I would recommend him to every single person that needs this procedure!!
My son recently went in to see Dr. Siegel for a lip & tongue tie removal and we couldn't be happier with the end result. The entire staff was very nice and welcoming. They explained the procedure to us beforehand, answered any questions we had and told us what to expect. The procedure itself only took 20 seconds. Dr. Siegel was absolutely amazing. My 10 year old daughter had a posterior tongue tie that was removed by laser surgery. It took less than a minute. Dr. Siegel was so kind and caring. He answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. His staff was equally as kind and friendly. My daughter had a little discomfort the first few days after the procedure while doing the exercises but after that we were good. This is an all around excellent office that truly care about their patients. Thank you Dr. Siegel !!
I had a great tongue tie release with Dr. Siegel! His Manhattan office is extremely modern and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They even completed an insurance claim form specifically for my insurance company after they had already completed a generic claim form for me. The release itself was painless, and I had very minimal pain afterwards. I'd recommend his practice to anyone seeking this procedure.
