Dr. Siegel, and his entire staff were WONDERFUL! Dr. Siegel is a knowledgeable, caring and compassionate doctor. Dr. Siegel was recommended to us from another specialist. Our son just had a tongue and lip tie released by Dr. Siegel and I am so happy that we didn’t wait! In the midst of this pandemic we were very reluctant to go but I was struggling with breastfeeding. His office made accommodations and went above and beyond. The doctor has policy which is not mentioned beforehand that he does not speak to any patient or family member after any procedure, in person or on the phone- except via text or if a repeat surgery is "needed". His "after care nurse" is not actually a nurse of any kind- she is a certified assistant. It was obvious immediately that something was wrong with my daughters lip and tongue tie procedure, yet the staff refused to have the doctor come in. Doctor refused to call. It was confirmed that my 10 year old son was tongue tied by his speech therapist. It was recommended that we see Dr Siegel. What an amazing pleasant experience for both my son and I. We were explained everything from beginning to end and immediately I saw my son relax. Nurses and rest of staff made it easy on me. The procedure took minutes if not seconds and we were off! I highly recommend Dr Siegel.
Dr. Siegel, along with all of his staff, were AMAZING! We saw endless specialists for my son’s gagging, speech, and feeding issues. Dr. Siegel was so great with my son and explained things in a way we understood. He was patient and kind. He responded to any of my concerns within minutes. NO WAIT TIME. Consult and then procedure in one appointment. Office staff was amazing and friendly. Doctor and staff were smart and efficient and exceeded my expectations for my 2 year old son with lip tie. Were able to treat my screaming baby who was scared and ME! TOP NOTCH DOCTOR. We were referred to Dr. Siegel by our lactation specialist for a top and bottom tongue tie. They took us right on time and the procedure was so quick. As a new mom, I was a nervous wreck but I was able to hold my baby within seconds of the procedure. The office was spotless and the staff was wonderful. I definitely recommend Dr. Siegel.
