I have been seeing Dr. Bass for over 15 years. Her level of care and kindness is outstanding. She is very easy to talk to and always makes you feel at ease.

Dr. Kong gives very detailed instruction. Also gives printed instructions to the patient with comparisons to previous visits so i can track my progress over time.

Had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Smith that lasted less than 5 minutes and was billed at over $165 after insurance paid. When I first scheduled my appointment, the scheduler informed me that they would run my insurance and call me if the visit would be over $100, but I never received a call so I'd assume it will only be my $45 co-pay. So, during my scheduled appointment, they only collected the co-pay.
