Dr Mercer takes very good care of me and I feel lucky that he is my doctor!
I enjoy visiting Dr Mercer and am glad that he is my physician. I would like for him to the doctor for my entire family.
I arrived 2:40 for my 3:45 appointment & was sitting in the waiting room when one guy came in and said, "I'm sorry that I'm 45 mins late". He was informed that was no problem. After waiting 10 mins or so, he was taken back. After he came back out (approx. 15-20 mins) and left. Another guy came in and mumble "Sorry I'm 15 late, got hold up in traffic." Dr. Mercer listens to my health concerns and looks at my lab work and either offers advice or will recommend starting me on a new medication.
Charles Williams is the Head of Baylor Scott and White hospital. I have asked him to assist us to complete Brooke's death certificate. This is definitely reflecting the true lack of compassionate care that the BSW group is descending to. We'll see. Dr. Modi is the one listed with the ME. This seems to reflect the degradation of compassionate care that Baylor had before they merged with Scott and White.
