Nursery Jennifer was very nice. Explained everything about my infusion.
Do yourself a favor and stay clear of that office. Two different appointments early in the morning and I waited 40 minutes before being taken back. Dr. S Kadakol does not value you’re time!
I don't mind Dr. Kadakol, I found her to be both professional and pleasant to deal with. She does talk very fast and may come off like she wants to get you out of her office quick but i'm wondering if it's cultural or the way she speaks. I think some of her staff are not as pleasant especially her receptionist but that's nothing new to me. They are always the ones that ruin my experience. By far the most ghetto and unprofessional office staff would not recommend
I've been a patient here for 3 years now. At first it seemed like she cared but as time went on it was the same thing over and over. Instead of trying to find the root of the problem she would tell me it's time for more infusions. When you call, they never return your calls, or if you need an appointment you have to wait until she's back in the country.
