My 32 year old daughter was taken ALS over to her at Beaumont in Troy. For very aggressive chemo! She had missed from being back in Henry ford hospital, Dr., Pugmier knew she was critical. My daughter’s body was so fragile, still showing symptoms of pneumonia and on the scan. She was still hallucinating, complaints of sore throat, documented at Beaumont to, with shortness of breath, feeling warm, magnesium off, calcium, potassium! I’m very disappointed with this office. The staff is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The employees are not friendly at all, and every simple request takes forever to get done. There is no sense of urgency, care, or respect for patients. I expected better treatment and communication from a medical office, but this experience has been nothing but frustrating.
Had 2 appointments with Dr. Kadakol and both of those appointments she was in the room for 1-2min. She really came off as wanting to rush me out the door and the only reason I had a second appointment was because she “doesn’t discuss results over the phone” so I had to pay for two appointments instead of one (the 2nd appointment 100% could have been a short phone call. she was in the room for less than 1 minute just to tell me everything was fine which is great but could’ve saved everyone’s time by making a quick phone call.... read more
Nursery Jennifer was very nice. Explained everything about my infusion.
Do yourself a favor and stay clear of that office. Two different appointments early in the morning and I waited 40 minutes before being taken back. Dr. S Kadakol does not value you’re time!
