My beautiful blessings and Dr. Savitha Kadakol is a reminder every office visit. First, she is knowledgeable, professional, kind, she listens, explains, and for me, she cares about my overall health. Even on some of her busiest days, she apologies if she's running behind and I still know that I will receive the best care. Kadakol herself is AMAZING. Her office workers are the WORST for the last 2 years. They have lost my information 5 times in a ROW, whether that be referral, appointment, insurance, even my entire MEDICAL RECORD. Completely incompetent and always give me a hard time no matter what, they always fight me like it's my fault! I love Kadakol herself and have been seeing her for 7 years, but after 2 years of fighting her office, I have to switch.
Unprofessional and rude staff. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Dr. Kadakol is very knowledgeable and helpful, and her staff is honestly the best and friendliest I have ever seen in any Doctor's office. My mom has tiny veins, and Del and Jennifer are able to draw her blood and/or insert IVs on the first try, it is such a blessing. I cannot say enough about this Doc and all of her staff, A+ all around!
