The worst of the worst
I once gave them a 5 star review but it has dropped to 1 star. I went in for my appt but they said I owed money..I tried to pay but the front office would not accept it. They said they had sent a 7 day supply to my pharmacy. They didn't. They said they would call back they didn't. I have cancer & have been a PT there for yrs. I spoke to billing they said I could pay but this office won't take it. I am now w/o meds due to the front office
Dr. Sharma is rude! He yells at & talks to patients like they're all addicts. He performed two procedures on me that I've had several times before but when he did it I had bleeding under the skin. I was bruised & in more pain than before the procedure! Upon contacting his office, the response was that's normal, take ibuprofen or Tylenol. I couldn't walk & was bruised for over 3.5 weeks. This place is a joke. Not the Dr but his staff. So I guess on that end it's also on the Dr. Had injections, was also given a 1 week prescription to hold-over while waiting for the procedure. Injections didn't take, did a follow-up phone apt scheduled for 8:45am, actual call 3:17pm. Dr said another round of injections needed and another week prescription. His office would call me in 2 days maximum to scheduled. Waited 3, called on the forth, left a message. I called 3 more times over the course of 19 days, with no response. F... read more
