I have been a patient for 8 years. The doctors are very knowledgeable and office is always clean. Yes sometimes you have to wait to be seen, but they maybe seeing a new patient, remember we were all new once.
I’ve been going here 2 years and they’ve always tried their best to help control my pain and finally after trying different methods I’m on a new med that’s helping take the edge off … and you need to understand it’s all a process of trying to figure out what will work for you.. and the staff is always kind to me and I’m usually in and out when I have an appointment and I’m grateful for that..
Receptionist staff was rude intake nurses were nice and caring but Dr is an entitled arrogant joke he will undermine all other doctor diagnosis and treat u as a junky beware of this place. Also they reported back to my SSI case worker that they have no record of me ever coming there and I was there for 2 visits and had prescriptions filled by said dr
Incompetent staff, especially Arden, who acts like you're bothering her by showing up for your appointment, it does undermind the good medical care you can get here. Doctor and 2 NP are kind and knowledgeable. I'm glad I feel better and didn't get hooked on pain meds because he found a solution with the faucet nerve ablations. Don't ignore the poor reviews about the staff. Patients have the right to be treated with respect.
