Ignore the poor reviews. Great staff. Great doc. Some of the patients are pretty rough and any very entitled. The office treated me like their most important thing if the day and the doc prescribed me new meds that addressed my pain within the first day, allowing me to get the first good night's sleep since my back surgery. Thank you staff and doc!
I went in and they charged me $300 + beyond my deductible and insurance coverage. I was forced to pay $300 plus for them to put wet swab on my leg and ask if I could feel it. And then I was ask if I could fill it more on one leg than the other leg. They did not listen to me. They did not ask me about my conditions. They had their own agenda and test to do to charge $300 for half hour not to mention what they got from my insurance company that was just my part I had to pay. if I could give them a -10, I would. Dr Sharma and I have a communication prob, but my nurse practitioner is awesome. Been using Dr Sharma's pain management practice has 2 locations. One is on West Charleston Blvd on the north side of Charleston in the Nevada Bar building, 3100 West Charleston. The second office at 9029 south Pecos Rd. Henderson, NV. The last driveway before the Interstate 215 entrance. Celeste is at the Pecos office.
This place is HORRIBLE I had my doctor send a referral here and they never answer the phone. I can’t even get scheduled. No manager available. Just voicemails picking up all day everyday. It’s been two weeks and I still can’t get scheduled.
