Dr. Hamdani, or Dr. Sasha as I refer to her, is a wonderful person to consult with about any problems you are having. She truly cares about your well being. If you need medications she knows exactly which ones to prescribe in order to help you with your situation. She is very pleasant to have a conversation with and I feel that whatever you tell her does not leave her office. I trust her with anything that I relate to her.
Dr. Hamdani is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and really listened what I was needing! I'm so glad I started seeing her!
Dr. Hamdani is very kind, extremely patient, and knows what she's doing. I was having difficulty with the effectiveness of my medication and unlike some doctors, knew the issue wasn't the medications or the dosages, it was adding another to make the others more effective. She is willing to work with patients to meet their needs including via email and not just in-person. I would recommend Dr. Hamdani to anyone.
Dr. Hamdani is a wonderfully kind person and an amazing doctor. She is very personable and it is evident that her highest priority is your well-being. She is able to explain medical conditions eloquently and informatively. Her office is cozy and well decorated. I highly recommend her as a doctor.
I have struggled with anxiety my whole life. I was always treated by my GP for it but was referred to Dr. Hamdani after changing my GP. I was very hesitant, since I have never been to a psychiatrist before. I got up the courage to go and I am so glad I did. She explained things to me in a way that made it clear that she understood just how I felt. She really listened and I never felt like I was being judged. She offered great options and a solid plan and I look forward to working with her!
Dr. Hamdani is a wonderful psychiatrist! She has made me feel welcome and very comfortable in my appointments with her. She not only listens, but really hears her patients. She asked that I email her and keep her informed with how a new medication was going and she then responded almost immediately after I sent it. WOW!! You can tell right off the bat that she loves what she does, and that shows in her enthusiastic care for each person. I also love her office artwork! It's quite lovely!

Having recently moved from San Francisco to Kansas City--and needing a new psychiatrist--Dr. Hamdani has been nothing less than an exceptional. Unlike many, she listens first and makes sound recommendations that are both guided by the patient but ethically sound. Coming from the lead psychiatrist at Berkely, I feel very lucky to have someone like Dr. Hamdani in the Kansas City area. My experience with PAKC had previously been less than stellar, and she has changed my entire option. A++
