Dr. Hallberg is the best at weight loss. I now know everything about the nutritional side of losing weight and staying healthy. If you get a chance to do her class then do it. Her teaching is off the charts. She is not just a weight loss doctor, she is a teacher. Her staff is wonderful too. ILOVE IT!
