Loved your latest Jimmy Moore podcast and the studies you are doing to elucidate some of the mechanisms of action that are not well understood. Wonder if some of the atypical responders have an APOE variation? Also, have you discussed/studied physiologic insulin resistance? I would like to better understand, as going to India and eating their high carb diet dropped my A1C significantly. Wow...just starting on the LCFH (Keto) and truly impressed. Just goes to show how much money the pharmaceutical companies make at our expense.
Thank you, thank you! Brilliant talk and my glucose levels dropped 42 points by following the advice you and other state of the art medical doctors and scientists are now advising. By doing this I did not have to go on any diabetic meds!
Such an informative video! A perspective that makes SO much sense.
I'm glad I was able to listen about help with diabetes. Can you tell me if a Keto diet is ok for someone with hypo. Thyroid problems? Thank you
I'm starting to understand that my Diabetes Doc is telling me to eat the carbs that are causing my higher than "normal" super levels. Thanks for the video.
Dr Sarah is on the right track, a few examples of an actual meal would help. I live in the Southwest so visiting her clinic is out of the question to learn more. But I don't think she excludes vegetables and fruits, just does not give full description of diet in this talk.
this lady is an idiot 98% of plants are high carb meaning the plants makeup is over 70% carbohydrate. 97% of us population does not reach RDA for fiber intake currently, dietary fiber intakes among adults in the United States average about 15 grams a day. That's about half the recommended amount. The average American eats less than half the RDA of fruits and veggies which are low cal nutrient dense foods unlike the crap she recommends. The healthiest diet anyone could eat is a whole foods plant based diet.
